This medium size dubia cockroach starter colony is a great why to start breeding dubia roaches. This kit contains everything except the storage container you need to get up and going. If you are looking to start breeding your own food, this is a good starting place to get your feet wet.

This is my 1st time doing a colony. They even emailed me some tips to get started when I had questions. Originally purchased feeders from them in person at reptile shows. This is my first online order. Got it in just a few days. They sent well more than original count to compensate for ones that didn't make it in transit. Customer for life. (Got the bin from $00.99 Store (since then I've rotated the crates vertically.
I marked it to be held by the post office because of heat wave but it was delivered to my door anyway and because of the heat many passed. I emailed customer service and they asked for proof which I sent in and then I never heard anything back. No offers to help me or replace anything

I love this company. I haven't received even one dead bug out of all my orders. Shipping is always fast 2-3 days max from California to Washington. I highly suggest if doing an order in the winter you get a liner and heat packs. And dont forget your samples!!
I had very few arrive dead. It was the perfect set up to start my colony. No complaints. I would order again if I ever needed to.

Came with everything promised and soke bonus mealworms and superworms. They ship out from the west coast and I live on the east coast so there were a few dead roaches but a large majority were just fine.
I ordered enough bugs to start some colonies and they all came in pristine condition. Very little die off, and plenty of extras. The mealworms did get out of containment in transit which took a while to sort, but otherwise I am extremely satisfied with my purchase!
Everything arrived in a timely matter lost one female one male and a few medium size not to bad it is quite hot out lately! Would order again and intend too!

Super excited to start this colony! All arrived alive and well. A couple mamas and a male died on day 2 I'm assuming from old age. But other than that overall doing great. We are already seeing new babies in there! Thank you guys!

I was surprised at how many didn’t make the travel. I lost 3 adult males, and 2 adult females. I contacted the customer service and followed up with a photo, they said they would send replacements the next business day!! So great that they take care of their customers!!
I purchased a starter colony and everyone came alive and kickin. It came quick and neatly packed. The only thing I would like in the future was maybe an instruction sheet for the water crystals. Other than that, great and will purchase again in the future.
I received them quite fast and they are healthy. Only a few died in transit which is to be expected.
